Medallion Five Star Audit Points

The Medallion Foundation has progressed from an audit point checklist philosophy to the use of processes and process measurement. Instead of the audit points, we now use flowcharts, gap analysis and process measurement with links from the flowcharts to the appropriate area of concern.
